Winter Rate:  $1600 week (Dec 1-March 31)

Summer Rate:  $1800 week (June 1-Sept 30)

Fall/Spring Rate:    $1400 week (Oct 1-Nov 30/ April 1-May 31 )

Peak season:  Holiday& long weekend rates  $300.00 per night, $1800 week

Regular weekend rates:  $250-$300 per night

Security & Cleaning Deposit is $300

(Deposit will be returned after inspection of property for damage, as long as none is found)
